The upcoming event will showcase a diverse range of topics, including leadership and representation, mentorship and professional development, workplace policies and benefits and community engagement. Through spirited panel discussions, interactive sessions and networking opportunities, participants will have the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, exchange ideas and learn from the best practices employed by these empowering companies.
The winners of the Empowering Women event were meticulously selected by the Furniture Today editorial team. Throughout the process, the team carefully assessed each company’s demonstrated commitment to fostering an environment that promotes gender equality, empowerment and inclusivity. It sought out organizations that not only talked the talk but also walked the walk, implementing tangible initiatives and policies that actively empower women within their respective industries. It further looked for companies that actively fostered mentorship programs and provided opportunities for professional growth and advancement for women within their organizations.
“At Best Home Furnishings, we take great pride in being an equal opportunity employer, and we are honored to be recognized for our long-held commitment to empower women in the workplace,” added Lange.
